0.12.0 and a Ghost Hunt

Alrighty then, tomorrow brings us the newest patch: 0.12.0. As well as all of those... controversial RP changes, there's also a new conquest map, Xinyi District, based off of the Project TOPOS City map. There is a very brief summary of the next patch, with a video included, here:

I expect a full patch trailer with notes will be released tomorrow. That page is mostly just about the RP changes and a farewell to Theo Sanders, the previous Lead Producer.


And on a creepy note, this is something pretty bloody noticeable on the front page on the GRO website. The Chinese characters translate to 'Ghost, hunting begins'. Please bare in mind that this translation was done with Google Translate, so that's only a rough translation. Hell, it might not even be Chinese- who knows with Google?

I'm really curious as to what this will be. I suspect it's probably another themed pack, but hey, maybe it could be a new gamemode or something. If we ghosts are being hunted, then maybe the devs are hinting at some PvE?

PvE would be wounderfull i feel. however, i dont belive it would be the case. after all a AI system is rather hard to program (or so i have been told)

i havent been playing this for long so it might not be obivious for me, but it would be instresting to see the new way (if any) this game will take with the new lead producer.
this can also make one ask, why is he leaving. i havent read anything about why, but do you think it would be far fetched to take a potshot that he is forced to leave?

Regarding the ghost hunt, it looks to be another pack. Undoubtedly for GC only.
