well why don't we create awards for in GRO....well in my last clan in mw3 they using awards..like if anyone kill admin 10 times they get silver awred tag..nd if he take 100 headshot then he get gold award...well just smoething like this we can create awards...when we play with other clan who played good he deserve award for that...nd award showing in little down with avataar pic...well its just a suggesation we can think about it...i am graphic designer may be i will help u to create some awards..

I like the sound of awards (shiny things? GIMME) but I have no idea how we would track someone's progress on say, 100 headshots. Perhaps people could nominate other players for doing well in matches

it is an intresting sugesstion. However there are some points that i can see that could create problems. #

1 while competetision is fine i realy dont want it to turn into an elite battle. i AM MUCH BETTER THAN YOU, ALL HAIL ME! And the like. That killed my joy for clans and other compitisions for over 15 Years! And i so wish i was kidding. Its only recently that i can fight agaist humans. Any time that me and my friends wanted to play it was against cpu and that is still the way i most pefere it. #

2 as far as i can tell, we cant play against eachothers. There is no easy way, unless some one creates a fake clan and the opfor joins it for the match i guess. Besides there is already medals and stats inside the game. Are they not enough? We could however base the awards on them. #

3 if the awards are based on the strugle inside our own clan, how are we going to separate the stats from the clan fights and normal fights?

well i know its very difficult for award in this but we need to think about it people can take snap shot of game and post on forum for acess awards..i know there is awards in game but no one care about that..but if u have award in forum everyone know that u are very good player thats why u got the awards..

and its attaract people to join the clan and people do more focus on clan matches and everyone want to earn awards..so we need to create some awards according to game..we can"t change game but we can use creativity for make awards

and we need to make a new Subform Only for Award Showcase..

As said before, fighting eachother is ... quite a challenge, it only happened once to me. As for the way to divide the rewards: the only thing you see on your end of game-screen is the number of kills, deaths, assists, captures and attacks/defences. Things like headshots, headshot kills, cooperation or even specification how many kills are done with what kind of weapon are not visible so when making categories you end up with dividing the rewards in about the same manner as the game itself divides points and therefore XP & RP. GRO really isn't fit for that kind of system.

well its just suggesation..and admins need to think about it..its make our clan popular and more attractive...and i am alwayes here to help you guyes

There is a page in the GRO stats that shows medals gained in the last 7 days, but it only shows some medals (survivor, most headshots, MVP and a couple of others i think). We could set up a scoring system and decide which medals should be worth more, then at the end of each week we can sumbit our scores. This still means that people who play more win more though, and it could promote certain play styles that we don't want (like spawn camping or just camping in general). It's a good idea, but it could be quite divisive and it definitely would be difficult to implement.

definatly its good idea but we need to think about Awards... make a list of awards once you start developing awards..people show lot intrest on them..

Ok about rewards...send me personaly screen proof of head shots or how many kills you done or etc....and you get reward....well its just some tag but if you guys like it then ok and ye some one make list of rewards

I think there should be a reward "shooting FreedomTaker" That moment felt so very good.



Seriously, maybe as an alternative to "Rewards" we could also make up "jobs" we take over most in a fireteam - e.g. I have been playing specialist a lot recently, so I might make one "heavy gunner" job tag/badge/whateveryouwannacallit with maybe a blazing LMG and the killfeed (that text top right) of me gunning down 4 people in rapid succession.

Even more alternative idea:

They wouldn't even have to be that much game-related as above example, maybe more like descriptive fun stats - again as an example for me, I would make one "drinks whisky when killed". Tells something about me, but doesn't really need any in-game proof, or gives away tactics or whatever.

On the downside we would look like military leaders from some sort of banana republic - the kind of guys which you can barely see behind all that gold on their chests


We could make them a standart size (150x150px would be good I guess - maybe 150x300 for one or two that are wider. one standart height though.) and add them to our signatures. You could probably fit 5 or 6 in there.

Oh yeah, shooting a lone Recon after disabling him with Blackout must've felt so good.
I think having badges to show our roles in-game would be cool. Mine would be 'bait'. :3

It looks kinda naked like this I think, if we had something like a standart frame (or even multiple ones) that would maybe make it better - I am thinking 'merican-style police badge for once, or on the other hand prussian order like, pour-le-mérite -ish.

Well i was thinking what pjodron said on another topic and ye this rewards might be good or problem....why is that ?
Some one is skilled and make 10 headshots, he gets reward, but problem is with less skilled members, they dont get anything and i think they wont feel much happy and ye is just some pic....i want this clan too be equal.
